We initiate and develop ambitious, attention-getting projects—large public installations and events, architectural features, science and trade show exhibits, and entertainment-driven engineering designed to create impact. These projects define who we are: bold ideas executed with creative acumen and technical discipline.
Red Mage also provides affordable design and engineering services for smaller companies and individuals who may need a bit of help with their own projects. We specialize in ideation, 3D modeling, prototyping, and project management.
Alongside this work, Red Mage provides reliable industrial production of 3D printed plastic components, manufacturing medium-run quantities directly from customer-supplied digital models. We provide prototype parts and bridge manufacturing for clients not ready to commit to injection mold tooling or long lead times.

Calgary, Alberta Built as the centerpiece of a public event celebrating the final episode of the HBO series Game of Thrones. The Iron Throne was built with left over foam from the 2020 record-breaking Rubik’s cube, and a couple cans of black and silver spray paint. Most Red Mage projects start as a digital 3D model, but this one was completely freehand from start to finish.
